Q: How can I pay my rent and how much do I owe?

A:  You can find and pay your rent through your Tenant Portal. We accept eCheck ($2.49 fee), Debit Card ($9.99 fee) and Credit Card (2.95% fee). If you would like to pay by check, please mail to the address listed immediately below, make sure to make the check out to the name or entity listed on your lease.

Q: What if there is a maintenance issue at the property?

A:  Please submit all maintenance requests through the online portal.  If you do not have access to the online portal please contact our Maintenance Coordinator at 805-781-3092.

Q: What if there is an emergency at the property?

A:  If this is a life-threatening emergency or fire, please call 911 and follow-up with a phone call to your proper manager at 805-781-3092. If there is a threat to the safety, security, structural or other features at the property, you may also reach your property manager or an on-call team member at 805-781-3092.

Q: Who do I call if I have questions about my lease?

Q: Do I need to carry insurance?

A: Yes you do. If you are in a residential unit you will need to carry renter’s insurance which can be obtained through Appfolio’s Folioguard insurance product OR you can purchase a policy of your choosing through a third party vendor. You will need to update this info in your Online Portal to ensure you maintain full coverage during your tenancy.

If you occupy a commercial unit you will need to carry the insurance as detailed in your lease.  In addition you will need to add the property owner and Archer Wilkinson, Inc as additional insured during the duration of your tenancy.  Please call your property manager for details at 805-781-3092.
